e.g. stuff like

<logmsgbot> !log catrope synchronized php-1.5/wmf-config/InitialiseSettings.php 'bug 21100: Add Tác_gia namespace to $wgNamespacesToBeSearchedDefault on viwikisource'

Doesn't get logged, while replacing Tác_gia with Tac_gia does get it logged.

Sigh - I've updated the previously wrong component description accordingly.

<andrewbogott> bug is confirmed! When I asked it to log 'á' it threw an error...
