Description:
Slovak Wikipedia requests change of the default user time format from "5 október 2006
(UTC)" to "5. október 2006 (UTC)" (with a dot after the day).

The request is seconded by Slovak Wikipedia editors here:

If possible, enable also Dynamic dates (http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Dynamic_dates) to
rewrite the currently used format to the proposed format. The bug for this is at http://
bugs.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=248
